(a Quadria affiliate entity) and Sixth Sense India Opportunities III, as selling shareholders, (the “Investor Selling Shareholders”) on the IPO of Nobel Hygiene Limited, comprising of a fresh issue of such number of equity shares of face value of ₹2 each (“Equity Shares”) amounting to ₹1,500 million and offer for sale of up to 15,511,082 Equity Shares by the selling shareholders.
