TT&A advised HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, the broker on the secondary sale of 53,54,030 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each by Bayer Cropscience AG, one of the promoter group entities, amounting to approximately ₹ 2207 crore (~USD 265.9 million).  The deal was undertaken on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
