EXPERIENCE

Nakul Sonejee is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team of TT&A, Mumbai. 

Nakul focuses on domestic and cross border debt transactions including structured financing, privately placed non-convertible debentures, external commercial borrowings, syndicated lending (secured & unsecured) and debt restructuring. He advises banks, non-banking finance companies, funds and financial institutions on different types of financing transactions.

Prior to moving to TT&A, Nakul worked as Principal Associate at J. Sagar Associates, Mumbai for over 5 years.
