EXPERIENCE

Pratha is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team of TT&A, Delhi, with experience in advising private commercial lenders, multilaterals and developmental financial institutions on international corporate and project financings, across various sectors.

Pratha regularly advises clients on various debt financing transactions (including by way of external commercial borrowings) with borrowers involved in various sectors such as renewable energy, financial services etc.
