Abhinav brings over 16 years of experience in equity capital markets transactions, specializing in the full spectrum of equity transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, rights issues, QIPs, preferential issues, and secondary trades. He has handled many large and complex equity capital markets transactions. He also provides risk analysis and SEBI-related advisory to merchant bankers and assists investment banks in developing suitable risk mitigation and compliance frameworks.

Abhinav is highly regarded by clients and peers as evidenced by his regular ranking by legal journals and directories such as Chambers & Partners and IFLR.

Prior to joining TT&A, Abhinav was a partner in Cyril Amarchand for more than 16 years.
